Standard:  Good for a range of yarn weights with the Standard flyer.
Art/Bulky: Good for heavier yarns or plying with the Art or Bulky flyers.
High Speed:  Good for thinner yarns with the High Speed flyer.
High Speed with Fat Core:  The fat core helps with tension control when spinning fine yarns on the High Speed flyer.
